Terms of sale

These terms cover buying and using Creosote Labs courses.

What you get

A course purchase gives you access to that course's videos and written steps through a private link, for your own use. Please do not share the link or the course materials.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each course page. A sale price applies only until the end time shown with it. Payment is taken once, at checkout.

Refunds

If a course is not what you expected, write to brian@brianburke.net within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.

The software you build

The courses teach you to build software with Claude Code, a product of Anthropic. You need your own Claude plan, and you are responsible for the accounts and services you sign up for along the way (hosting, email, payments) and for what they cost. The software you build is yours.

No guarantee of results

The courses are educational. They describe how the tools worked when each video was recorded; the tools change, and no particular result is promised.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Creosote Labs' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
